Friday Rates Friday Rate quotes April 24, 2009 Aloha Friday,   Please note there have been some significant changes to condo-tel financing just recently. The minimum down payment now for Condo-tel properties has gone to 30% down for owner occupied and second homes. For investor properties the minimum down payment has gone to 35% down. Please make sure you share this with your clients. Also, we are still financing in Honua Kai.   I hope you have a great weekend planned.
